Discription of Events: This driver cut in front of me and slammed on his brakes and proceeded to use his windshield wiper fluid to block my sight while hitting his brakes really hard almost causing me to lose control of my car. He repeatedly did this for approximately 20 minutes going south on the 95, all while I had two other passengers plus a toddler in the back seat.
