Discription of Events: Was speeding very heavily down Curtis rd, until they reached Irving. Was driving 40-45 mph, (30mph road speed limit) and didnt slow in the school zone at all (which dropped to 25) I caught up with her at the red light at Fairview, wrote down her license plate, and turned left on Irving st. She also turned left on Irving, in front of me. She went 45 mph down it on a 30mph part. Then, after the light, when the speed limit was 20, in a neighborhood, she went about 40 mph. Very fast, and very recklessly.
