Discription of Events: The owner of the van parked so close I couldn't even get into the backseat to put the carseat in. I went inside with my three children and had the manager announce the plate number and color of the vehicle. After thirty minutes i see a woman come and i asked if she drove a black van and she said her van was gray. I asked if she parked next to a red car and she stated that she did. I advised her that it was announced and that we had been waiting and all she said was her van was gray not black and i reminded her that they announced the plate number as well. She said nothing. She moved her car and never even apologized even though my baby was screaming because he was hungry and we had waited for so long.
