Discription of Events: I was driving straight when a this car that was not supposed to turn into my lane, didn't put a Blinker on, refused to back off as she was an inch away from me and still driving straight into my car, I had to stop short having the car behind me almost hit me in order to let this woman in front of me so she wouldn't TBone my car, I honked at her and she flipped me off and stopped short because she wanted to scare me and have me hit the back of her car. I have never been so nervous.
