Discription of Events: This driver was driving at high speed, changing lanes without turn signals, went on red light a few times and almost caused a car accident. Everything happened on Fairview and Cherry Lane streets in Meridian Idaho. I followed this car to 1054 W. Newport street where a driver parked his car in front of the garage door. A guy 35-40 years came out of his car and entered the front door by using a door lock key.
