Discription of Events: We pulled into an exit lane from the highway, this car came up behind us flashing his lights, cut us off, then sped up cutting off other traffic. He then sped accross all lanes of traffic to go down the same exit as us. He began driving with his middle finger up, slamming on his breaks to go 20 kpm in a 70 zone, putting on his hazard lights, and clapping out the window at us. When a light we were stopped at turned green, he wouldnt move and he just kept putting his middle finger up. He was endangering everyone around him. All we did we turn off the highway to exit. We did nothing to him. So scary.
