Discription of Events: Rackles driving, the male driving the ford was doing less than the speed limit he was going 5 miles per hour in a hwy lane blocking traffic behind him I was behind him and I tried to switch lanes and the male driving the ford also switch lanes every time I did and he started flicking me off for no reason then he made a complete stop in the middle of th3 hwy I almost crash into his car and then I tried to go to a deferent lane again to get away from his rackles driving and he also continue to switch lanes not letting me go any father.
