Discription of Events: I encounter a rackles driver today. I have it all on video I was so afraid I have young children in my car while I drive my husband to. Work. I need to report this guy licence plate. This was crazy. It was a male driving a white ford truck driving rackles he even made a complete stop in the middle of the hwy I could of crash into his vehicle and when I tried to switch lanes to get away from him he continue to switch lanes and block me every time over and over his license plate is 964-CZD
