Discription of Events: I was driving from plainville to hartford with my mother and niece in the car. I changed lanes by signalling and got into the fast lane to pass a driver going very slow in the travel lane. The mercedez came speeding up AFTER i had already changed lanes. He got close, then honked as he went around and flipped myself, mother and 14 yr old niece off. Then slammed on his brakes(with a two car distance between us) to try and get me to hit him, while he was straddling two lanes. I honked him. Then he did the same close driving to two other drivers causing them to move. My mother took a picture his license plate. AFTER that, while driving he took his camera out and began to record. I reported him to the west hartford police
