Discription of Events: I was going the speed limit in the middle lane (appropriate since the right lane turns into an exit only), when the driver sped up on my tail and continued to tailgate me even though the driver could have passed me. He/she began to pass me in the left lane, but instead of continuing, he/she drove straight into the side of my car, forcing me into the right lane and almost causing an accident with another car in the process. This person should not have a license! After looking up the plate number, I found it is a 2016 Dodge Charger, black.
