Discription of Events: This murderous psychopath was in the far left lane on Independence road, right past Plano Pkwy, in HEAVY traffic. This murderous, violent, deranged psychopath HIT THEIR BRAKES in the far left lane on Independence and TURNED RIGHT ACROSS TWO OTHER LANES OF HEAVY, BUMPER TO BUMPER TRAFFIC to turn into a damned gas station!!! Vehicles had to slam on their brakes in the other two lanes and two vehicles in front of me almost ran into each other trying to avoid this murderously deranged lunatic!!!
