Discription of Events: he was going 50 in the fast lane for several miles. Got irritated at me for getting close then leaving space then getting close and leaving space to let him know he needed to move over to the slow lane. He never did, until I did to get around him, after being behind him for several mile. Once I was way ahead of him. He then hurtled through traffic cut lanes hoked at me just to flick me off then speeding off in the slow lane because wed caught up to traffic. Reckless and very unaware of his surroundings.
