With Illinois plates, was exceeding the speed limit on I90 and weaving in and out almost crashing into multiple cars, Cs61514 as he seen me pick up my phone he ran lights and then exceeded to get away from me hit I already had his plates.headed to Madison or Milwaukee area but using backroads, when he seen me call he did everything to get away whic means the plates arent legit, he has a warrant or illegal things in car.
