Discription of Events: Sped into my neighborhood and pulled a U-turn right in front of me and my daughter, who was holding my hand learning to walk. Pretty apparent they couldnt see over their hood, dont know the poor turning radius of an Xterra, or just doesnt care. Since they didnt slow down and sped off quicker than they came, I assume its the latter.
