Discription of Events: This driver tailgated us in the fast lane. Then the driver, passed us in the slower lane and gave us the finger. Then proceeded to cut us off and brake while were driving 70 mph. He continued swerving in front of our vehicle, antagonizing my brother. He wanted to fight and cause a car accident.
