Discription of Events: This guy/kid was harassing me on the road, was driving too slow, then slammed on his breaks and came to a full stop twice, then pulled over and when I was passing him he got in front of me again. He pulled over and was getting off his car, so I took a picture, and when he saw me doing that he got back in his car and followed me to a local school, then made a u turn and drove away.
