Discription of Events: THE LICENSE PLATE IS A DISABLED PLATE AS INDICATED WITH A WHEELCHAIR SYMBOL. This vehicle was traveling on Arizona Loop 202 between 2:00 P.M. to 2:15 P.M. The vehicle changed lane without using the turn signal. After a few seconds, driver of the vehicle changed lanes without using the turn signal to signal a lane change and it cut off a vehicle. It almost hit the vehicle and the vehicle that was cut off moved out of the way. There was no accident or collision that occurred. The vehicle of the plate (WHEELCHAIR SYMBOL)FRD26 failed to signal a lane change.
