Discription of Events: I was driving down a hill and I saw a silver car at this stop sign on a side road to the current road I was driving on. I was going 35 miles per hour at the moment so when this silver car pulled out on the road right in front of me, I had to slam on my brakes from rear ending the car. I pressed on my car horn for a long minute while driving behind until he readjusted his rear view mirror and sped off down the road.
