Discription of Events: After proceeding through the intersection of Old Trenton Road and Village Road East near Thomas Grover Middle School, this clown began tailgating me as two vehicles in front of me had slowed down to take a right onto Village Road East. Old Trenton Road is 2 lanes there and it was a congested rush hour @ 4:40pm Thursday 9/27/18. Despite the traffic, the vehicle accelerated past 70 in a 40 to pass me on the left - within about a mile traffic slowed to a standstill and he was directly in front of me in crawling traffic for at least 12 minutes. Its not safe to pass on this road, and there was literally no point to it. I wanted to get out and confront the driver but decided to take a photo instead and post the plates online.
