Discription of Events: We both had a stop and I stopped to yield the traffic coming from the right then I go just for this moron to speed up right after the car that left so she didnt stop at all its as if she had the car in neutral then hit the gas when I went. I had to brake just so I wouldnt hit her side. Then when I stopped she went as slow as she could. She also doesnt know how to use a turn signal properly. She probably wanted a insurance check for that old 2005.
