Discription of Events: The car approached me from behind on the highway with its brights on. I held my hand out the window and opened and closed it to let them know. They were turned off, but five minutes later turned them on again. We both got off the same exit and headed the same direction. I let them pass and as they passed, the driver turned her brights off! I threw up my hands in frustration, to which they put down their windows and began screaming at me. At the next light, two of these mentally unstable women EXITED THE VEHICLE TO KEEP THREATENING ME. The only reason they got back in the car was because another car pulled up.
