Discription of Events: Leaving Melrose and all the way to Gainesville a girl in her 20s tailgated me as I was already doing the legal 5 over the speed limit. As we reached a stoplight, she pulled up next to me and had her phone in BOTH of her hands and her knee up to her chin. She tailgated and swerved all the way into town.
