Discription of Events: This lady cut me off and stopped short no less than 15 feet from a red light, almost causing me to tear end her. There was no reason for her to cut me off, she was not making a left. She then proceeded to laugh. My daughter has a bruise on her neck from the seat belt, and me stopping short.i am going to pursue her, I took a picture of her plate.she a red like she did nothing wrong. People amaze me.
