Discription of Events: The driver was parked across two lanes in the Panera parking lot on Route 130 in East Windsor. I was getting out of the car to go inside and told her it was rude and illegal to park that way. She proceeded to charge the drivers side window where my mom was seated and began cursing and screaming. I was scared for my moms and my safety.
