Discription of Events: I was driving down Renner in the far right lane, and had just passed George Bush Hwy, going towards Shiloh road.... I noticed this violent lunatic jerking back and forth from one far side of Renner to the other, and back again!!! NO regard for safety laws, other vehicles, or any body elses life!!! THEN the violent lunatic made an ILLEGAL u-turn at the intersection of Renner and Shiloh!! It was dark out and hard to make out what brand of car it was, but it looked like a dark color, possibly blue or black. And of course the "law" cant see fit to do their jobs and get these murderous psychopaths off the roads!
