Discription of Events: This ugly black female was trying to get on the highway while my brother was driving. My brother slowed down to let her in, but she then also slowed down for some reason, making my brother have to speed up to pass her. This stupid girl then flipped him off when it was her fault for making my brother have to pass her up. All the while she was looking just plain dumb and she was ugly too.
