Discription of Events: The driver of this red Kia almost hit me in Washington DC on April 23, 2021 at the intersection of Rhode Island Ave. NW and 14th St. NW. They failed to yield to pedestrians when turning right. I had to jump out of the way to avoid getting hit. They parked and I was able to get a photo of the license plate.
