Discription of Events: An over weight 54 Black female with a blond and black Curly Mohawk (short hair cut) driving a 2018 Orange Nissan Armada was jumping over mediums and speeding in a pedestrian lane nearly hitting street walkers while talking on her cellphone. (She was laughing and shouting "Get the fuck out of my way.") Then she ran a red light and left.
