Discription of Events: The car randomly switched lanes (all of which were nearly empty except for my car) seemingly to intentionally run me off the road. I had to slam on breaks so they wouldnt have hit me (even though by NC law it would have been my fault as I was "behind" them) and ended up hydroplaning on a 45 mph road into the curb. Almost totaled my car with my baby brother in it. Beyond angry. They kept driving, didnt even switch back into their correct lane much less check to see if we were okay.
