Discription of Events: This report encompasses several encounters with this vehicle. I predict that this individual will be involved if not responsible for a traffic fatality, possibly his own. Third encounter around 5:30 a.m. (08/21/2018). Subject exited Storm Branch Extendion onto Silver Bluff in front of oncoming traffic. Subject turned into Gray Mare Hollow Road and tailgated very closely the forward vehicle. After swerving back and forth, the subject passed the forward vehicle on double line.
