Discription of Events: Cut us off while trying to turn in a turning lane then hit the brake a couple of times on purpose. We tried to go around or go through a side street and the driver wouldnt allow us to pass and would purposefully stop at a stop sign so that we could not turn on any Street or pull to the side. We were trying to avoid him and go around. It wouldnt bother me so much if we were by ourselves but we have my 8 month year old son in the car.
