Discription of Events: Driving west bound on Palmer Park Blvd. Passed me at a high rate of speed on the right and barely missed the the car in front of him to SQUEEZE to get in front of me making me have to put on the brakes to avoid clipping the bumper of the Durango. The speed up to only get stopped at the light in front of me. I had my mom with Dementia, my 2 year old and I am 36 weeks pregnant. Then the person pulled into the Walmart Shopping center and parked very aggressively. I took picture of the license plate.
