Discription of Events: She was tailgating me ridiculously in a construction zone so I tapped my brakes for a second to have her back off. She doesnt. She goes around me on the left almost side swipes my car then cuts me off and slams on her brakes on the Driscoll Bridge. I got her license plate and then she speeds off going 90-100 in a 45mph zone.
