Discription of Events: During an accident that closed 2 lanes, a motorcyclist cut me off when I was coming off the off ramp to the accident, by driving over the median (painted lines where an off ramp meets the road) and cut me off to squeeze in to the off ramp traffic and avoid the accident. I nearly hit him. His lights were too dim to see him coming from my blind spot to jump in front if me and ride alongside the next car in front of me to avoid being seen by police on scene.
