Discription of Events: Vehicles driver drove onto the median to get on the ramp in order to skip the line and became upset that I didnt allow him in from of me. He waited until he was on the Julia Tuttle and tried to line up his car with mine and get my attention. I didnt look at him so he passed me by my left and then tried to cut in front of me when there was less than a half car length between my vehicle and vehicle in front of me. He drove his car into my car and forced me to hit the brakes and create space or get smashed by his vehicle. He then proceeded to slow down, stick his head out his window and start laughing and swinging his hands.
