Discription of Events: Driver pulled out in front of us On the exit of Highway 20 turning left on Highway 14.Swerved all over Highway 14 going towards Grundy Center. Stopped at stop sign then went into the right lane and swerved into the left lane in Grundy Center Main Street hey 175.. We pulled up beside them and the driver was on their cell phone with a young girl passenger.
