Discription of Events: The person in question tailgated me from Clarkridge Arkansas from Mtn Home Arkansas even though I was doing a couple miles over the speed limit. I would apply the breaks to get them to back off, but they would get back on my bumper soon after. Then they passed myself and a propane truck in a no passing zone and to speed in excess of 80-90 mph and ride the bumper of every vehicle thereafter and passing in no passing zones.
