Discription of Events: 411 Hwy, speed limit is 50 where we were at, the driver came barreling down the road, cut in-between cars 2 times, and sped off at what I could only assume was about 70 mph. I tried to speed up a little to measure their speed but could only get about 5 over before they were complcompletely gone
