Discription of Events: This car first passed me at an alarming speed within a construction zone. Later, I was fully in a long turn lane to go left. The car in question was in front of me and cut over the solid line to turn. She had ample time to get in the lane but waited. I lifted my hand in disbelief as I hit my brakes, and the driver immediately started throwing her hands to mock my reaction. She rolled down her window to yell obscenities. She then took a very long time to complete the turn once the light turned green. Her selected license plate is scarily fitting, but she is a dangerous driver.
