Guy\'s parked face first towards Worthen Road just staring at vehicles heading down Lincoln Street. Waiting, waiting, loitering, trolling with a car full of bags filled with maybe clothers, blankets, sleeping bags. Seems like Cumberland Farms off 95 north about Westford and the area are packed with like characters wandering about with rhode island plates, some characters wearing hoodies, some with girlfriends wearing hoodies and shades -- even at night -- some just sitting there taking up gas spots while they loiter in the stores for 15 minutes -- not forgetting to tighten up those hoodies to avoid suspicious eyes -- with that long-reputed, crooked rhode island \"drug highway\" air.
