Prince William County police need to do a better job of enforcing the laws and getting losers like this off the streets before they kill someone.

Then have the brat scraping sidewalks clean the rest of his life paying back to the victims\' fund.\r\n\r\nSnivelling brat used to have rhode-island plates -- absorbed trash thugee behaviors undoubtedly-- changed over to Mass plates, and he\'s been at it for years now. I was taking photos of the night sky, and the surrounding area for Insta. All of a sudden, the owner of the car comes outside with their Grandma and asks if I\'m photographing their car?!? I told them I wasn\'t. They then proceeded to take photos of me for the police, before making their snide comments and leaving. That\'s when I snapped a pic of their car. Not okay to make ASSumptions about people, then provoke them. I would\'ve let the whole thing go, had they not harassed me afterwards. Felt like a racist attack, tbh.
