Woman with little dog sticking his head out the passenger window ran the stop sign on Indus Drive and Jennings at 11:00 am. This is a residential neighborhood with children and pedestrian traffic. Also, this is a bus stop where children get picked up and dropped off all day for school.

Stopped for lunch at Moe\'s After I left, I spotted the vehicle in the space next to mine. It was parked way too close for me to access my vehicle on the left side. Had to wait about 10 minutes before someone was able to squeeze into the narrow space this bozo left for me. Fortunately, this considerate individual helped pull my vehicle out without incident.

She also kept braking very hard for no reason and would leave way too much space in front of her. Clearly she doesn’t know how to drive, I don’t know how she got her license.
