I was in the right lane while this car was behind me, then they decided to come up into the left lane that was for the opposite way of car flow and 2 cars in front almost hit the head on and was driving so fast and cut past us and almost hit the driver side.

Continually for almost 5 years, the same vehicle has been driving the wrong way daily in the city of Chicago, state of Illinois, in Cook County. The blue Chevrolet Equinox with IL plate DF74298 has been seen multiple times a day driving east in an alley designated for westbound traffic. Often, the same vehicle also disobeys the 'do not enter' traffic sign at the Kolin T-alley to drive illegally in a one-way alley.
