During very heavy traffic time 5:30-6:00 pm, weekday on the highway close to Pasadena Del Mar Exit from the 210 West, car was speeding, slamming on their brakes, and recklessly cutting people off to pass other cars. This person and their passenger threw something onto my windshield while driving at night.They were also driving 10 mph under the speed limit. I gave them a beep, they then proceed to turn on their tunr signals multiple times trying to brake check me for over 10 miles!!!
