Close to night time: 9:20pm, car is driving about 10-15 under speed limit, im trying to stay back as much as possible but like cmon, they then come to a complete stop and begin to exit vehicle, 2 people, 1 driver female probably 30s, and one passenger male probably late 30s maybe 40s. Passenger begins to try to initiate confrontation. Not letting such happen try to leave and they begin to go.

During peak traffic, they used a left turning lane to get ahead of traffic & ran the red light then entered back into the original lane. Further down the line they cut off cars in the right lane at about 5-10mph in order to get to the far right lane to get to the highway.
