Those of us in need of handicap parking spots don\'t even have this lazy crook\'s self-granted privilege -- We walk our way from the designated parking spots to our abodes. Fellow\'s vehicle obstructs other traffic-goers and emergency vehicles to where a fire truck would barely have free passage if at all on this narrow roadway. Parked in the handicapped spot at Chick-fil-A and then he walked right into the restaraunt no problem. No placard visible. He also didn’t even park fully in the spot. Half the truck was hanging onto the striped handicapped accessway. There were so many open spots in the parking lot too. Why do this?
