Swerved toward our vehicle and was trying to run us off of the road.

Drives crazy almost ran me off the road

The color of the car was either black, gray or dark blue. It was to dirty to be able to tell. Very reckless and almost caused several accidents.

As I was pulling out of the downtown library parking lot into traffic the driver sped up trying to collide with my car and then as I turned straight with traffic driver sped up and through a liquid substance on my vehicle windshield.

Driver was going 10-15 UNDER the speed limit. Stopped several times in the middle of the road while cars are behind me. I DID NOT get close enough to be break checked but the cars behind me were extremely close. This older man was swerving as well and honking his horn at me. I don't understand why a driver needs to go roughly 15 under the speed limit when its already 35-40. Not to mention coming to a complete stop more than once. A driver like that just causes accidents. Oh and another thing, every time we turned (since he lives in the same neighborhood as me) he would stop mid turn regardless of on coming traffic.. This guy really wanted to cause an accident.

Tail gating while driving clearly at an excessive speed passing in no passing zones this is the second day in a row that this lady has done this, yesterday almost cause a head on collision and almost ran a elderly man off the road while passing him on a bridge. She literally comes out of nowhere and goes i'm guessing 80mph in a 40 zone.

They first were tailgating me through town in Ligonier. When we were passing by the school, they floored it, got in the left turn lane to turn into the school but did not turn, instead they flew around me. They caught up to a car which had a semi in front of it and tailgated the car because it wouldn't pass the semi but they were doing 60-63 in a 55. They kept crossing the center line as if they were going to pass both the car and the semi even when it was a double yellow as well as when cars were coming from the other direction.

He/she cut off a several cars including me and a vehicle in front of me flickered their high beams at him and he hit the brakes really hard almost causing a car accident.. Then took off to at least 90 mph.

Pulled out in front of me and cut me off on State Street in New Albany, IN. Then up at a street light that was red at an intersection, they stopped, waited a few seconds and then ran the light before it had changed.

It was a African American driving up on my mothers bumper aggressively and she was over speed limit cutting in front of cars aggressively. Seemed like she had road rage or was drunk

Excessive exhaust. Almost suffocated in my car even while driving 75 feet behind the car.
