I started to go through a stop sign (after i stopped) when i was the first person there and then the mazda procedes to drive through after he stopped but doesnt seem to care that i got there first. Then they turned around and came up behind me and drove in front of me after going into the oncoming lane to do so and procedes to stop in front of me and hold up traffic, flip me off, then turns into a road and goes the direction he was originally going.

The car in the center lane finally passes and the aggressive car behind me before I could even signal to move to the center lane switches lanes with out a signal what so ever and rushes and jumps into my lane again NO SIGNAL and literally slams her brakes on. The vehicle behind be almost rear ended me due to this ROAD RAGE DRIVER.

Elderly Caucasian male was driving slow and slamming on brakes for no apparent reason causing others to slam on theirs to avoid a colliesion.

This was on an Amber Alert which contained the child missing but they had the license plate to go with it the information of the child is: Female, Hispanic, Blonde hair, blue eyes, 4 years old. The suspects information is : 21 years old, hispanic, Female, Black hair, Brown eyes, 50", 139 Lbs.

This jerk tried to cut me off when two lanes merged to one, coming out of Poulsbo. Then the male suspect passed me and three other vehicles on a curve with a double yellow line, narrowly missing an oncoming car.
