Driver was swerving into different lanes and almost hit multiple cars, as well as speeding. They also looked like they were possibly on meth or cocaine and had been drinking. They were threatening the lives of multiple people including myself.

Driving under the influence of alcohol. Saw him drinking at a red light.

In construction zone. With left lane ending. Stayed in line with the same car until the lane ended. Then while perfectly in line with them, went over into their lane. The other car then had to move over and share the lane with the car. After the car honked at the Jeep, so the Jeep proceeded to side swipe the car and drive way. Have never seen anything like this in my life. Almost hit a construction worker also when going on.
