Made a left turn through bike lane without looking or indicating, almost hit a cyclist.

No break lights and recklessly stopping and cutting into lanes. Old skinny man who seems to be dangerous.

TEXTING and cut me off the road, FAILED to USE proper SIGNALS when making a lane change.

He was in a drop top and he switched into my lane with no blinker and he was no more than an inch in front of my car and so I had to slam my breaks.

The driver did not signal that she will change a lane coming from the center lane going 2 lanes to the right. She almost crash on my car. She did not even apologize for her mistakes.

Did not have his lights on even though its dark outside,no turn signal as he suddenly switched lanes 5 ft ahead of us, we slammed our breaks, and then they slowed down beside us and they signaled they didnt do anything wrong.
